The Process

We are delighted to assist clients who have already completed their preliminary work, plans, and permits, as well as those who are just starting out. Whether you’re looking to build a retirement, vacation, or full-time residence, we can recommend local designers/architects who will understand your vision for your new home. If you already have plans, we can review them, offer advice and suggestions, and discuss important considerations
such as budgets and timelines.

Once construction begins, our onsite field superintendent will be there every step of the way to ensure clear communication between owners, field workers, and the office. We have extensive experience working with absentee property owners thanks to our unique location, making the process seamless with today’s technology.

Upon completion of your home and the final walkthrough, we will maintain our relationship with you through our 2-10 New Construction Home Warranty, which covers one year for workmanship and two years for systems and structural issues. This warranty is available for newly constructed and remodeled homes by builder members of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program. Rest assured that your builder’s warranty obligations are clearly outlined in writing and backed by the warranty insurer. Your home will be enrolled in the program on the date of closing.
